1 设备管理制度建设：建立健全设备管理制度并组织实施，包括设备验证、设备档案管理，设备调拨、计量器具的现场管理；制定各种设备的SOP文件，同时组织对设备操作人员的培训，确保设备操作有章可循。
Construction equipment management system: establish and improve equipment management system and the organization, including the equipment validation, equipment archives management, site management, equipment allocation of measuring instruments; to formulate various device SOP file, and organize training for the operators, to ensure that equipment operation regulations

2负责生产工艺流程、设备程序的绘制、编写。
Responsible for production process, equipment and procedures of drawing, writing

3 设备采购：根据公司发展或项目需要，协调工程部经理制定新设备采购、投资计划，组织设备的选型和申购，保证设备采购的顺利进行；组织设备的安装、调试、验收工作。
Equipment: need according to company development or project, coordinate the project manager to develop new equipment procurement, investment plan, organize equipment selection and purchasing, to ensure smooth procurement of equipment; equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance

4 设备检查：负责公司各类设备运行情况的检查、记录、考核以及日常管理工作；负责公司水、电、气的日常管理工作；备品备件、设备的检查；负责安排人员检查巡查设备并做好监督工作；保证设备良好运行，无跑、冒、滴、漏现象。

5 组织设备维修：负责公司年度检修计划的拟定工作；负责机械、电气等各类设备的预防性保养、日常维护保养的管理工作；负责设备故障处理；根据生产要求，组织人员对设备进行定期、不定期检修，减少设备故障率，降低维修成本，保证设备的正常运行。
Equipment repair: to develop the work responsible for annual maintenance plan; responsible for mechanical, electrical and other kinds of routine maintenance of equipment preventive maintenance, maintenance management work; responsible for the disposal of equipment fault; according to production requirement, organize personnel to the equipment regularly, not regular maintenance, reduce the equipment failure rate, reduce the cost of repair, ensure the normal operation of equipment
